Choose four ziplines only, or add a self-guided via ferrata with bridges, rock grips, and waterfall views. Instructors explain the gear in English or Norwegian. The course is small, scenic, and more physical than a standard zipline.
“The is largely an unguided experience I would say and a little more strenuous than the description would have you believe. With that said, we had a blast. Definitely need some athletic ability for this one and some good shoes. Recommend you buy climbing gloves or purchase the ones at the shop for 5 Krone. Good to know: I’m 5’3” and some of the foot and hand hold were a bit of a scary reach or drop for me.”
